Tapmention expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tapmention shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Tapmention has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
8. Termination
Tapmention may terminate your access to all or any part of the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
